Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you complete control over your email boxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just select the email mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
